“I’d like to create an integrated television set that is completely easy to use,” Jobs was quoted as saying. “It would be seamlessly synched with all of your devices and with iCloud. It will have the simplest user interface you could imagine. I finally cracked it.”

The Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato said in a statement that

“Apple Sales International, Apple Italia Srl and Apple Retail Italia share the fine, which is split into two parts: €400,000 for not providing consumers with enough information about guarantees afforded by the Italian Consumer Code and another €500,000 for giving users misleading information in order to sell more AppleCare packages.”

Apple sales international have to tackle the largest amount and pay €540,000 while Apple Italia Sri Apple Italia Retail have to pay €180,000 each.

The Italian anti trust authority have give Apple 60 days to appeal against the fine.

Microsoft have launched skydrive application for iPhone and Windows phone 7 which will be another milestone for Microsoft in producing yet another cross platform application.

Microsoft have tuned its skydrive for mobile users, Microsoft have made it easy for their users to save their tons data on line. Not only users can save their images, documents, spreadsheets and presentation on skydrive but they can also read it on the go.

Skydrive also allows users to share their documents pictures with other users as well. What else would some one want as sky drive is offering 25 gigabyte of data to smartphone users.

Skydrive also allows you to save your videos and other media files online, after saving your media files you can stream it when ever and where ever you want.

Believe it or not this voice command or voice interaction was there in Windows mobile for over a year. Recently Microsoft Craig Mundie who is the chief Research and Strategy officer mocked out Apple, that how they dodge people with their marketing.

The launch date of the iPhone 4s is up to Apple, but sources in Taiwan telcom sectors believes that the phone will be launching between 14 to 16 December, before the Christmas vacations.

Taiwan is the home of one of the mobile phone industry giant HTC, it will be difficult for Apple iPhone 4s to make its place among the cult HTC supporters, but Apple iPhone 4s have what it takes to dominate every other phone out in the market.

It is said that first shipment of the iPhone 4s will be up to 30,000 units out of which 50% of the phones will be allocated Chunghwa Telecom and 25% each to both Taiwan Mobile and Far East Tone. The current size of iPhone and iPad for me is quite perfect. It would be great if Apple sticks to the size of current iPhone size and make a bigger screen for the iPad. The phone should not be that much big, so that it irritates you when keeping it in pockets.

The previous sales of iPhone in India were not so great. As the users in India tend to go for cheap alternatives. The country phone sales are dominated by cheap Chinese cell phones, smartphone user in India are only 0.5 to 2 % of the total population.  But every passing year the percentage of smartphone sales are increasing.

Its difficult to say that weather the new iPhone 4s will make any impression on Indian market or the sales dilemma will remain the same. The country which is  suffering from poverty and hunger, its hard to find customers who are willing to pay thousands of cash for a smartphone.
