After the mango update Windows phone devices has found some popularity and on the other hands Microsoft is also preparing for the launch of Windows 8 this year which will be specially customized for the tablet devices.And for this many hardware vendors will also come in the market to show their Windows 8 tablets.As till now some reports has shown that Acer and Lenovo are ready to launch their Windows 8 device till the end of third quarter of this year.

So, last week finally Amazon launched their Kindle tablet which was specially targeted for those people who think that other tablets are Apple’s iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab are too much expensive for them. And according to its initial sales we think that Kindle tablet is a success for Amazon.And due to this success some reports are suggesting that Amazon plans to launch their second tablet in the second quarter of 2012 which would be a bigger tablet compared to the current one which is of 7-inch display.

Most of you guys know that tablets like Apple’s iPad and Samsung Galaxy tablet and some other Android tablet are one of the top tablets devices available in the market and because of that other tablet companies are not able to attract more people to buy their devices , especially those whose prices are same as iPad and Galaxy tab.So , we had mentioned before that many companies will have to decrease the prices of their devices to attract more customers. And that’s what RIM intends to do with their Blackberry PlayBook as recently they have decrease the price of the device as low as $249 for Roger workers.

After iPad perhaps Samsung Galaxy Tab is the most popular tablet. The first version of Galaxy Tab was a 7.1 inch tablet devices which had good number of amazing features and then after then Samsung launched Galaxy tab 10.1 which is a 10.1 inch Android tablet. But this tablet has not launched in most countries because of the fact that Apple has registered a law suit against Samsung regarding this device. This tablet was in US from a long time but in Canada it was only available in Wifi version and now finally Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has now arrived in Canada even in 3G and 4G version.

Microsoft launched Windows Phone 7 about an year ago and with then HTC , Samsung ,Dell and LG launched their Windows Phone device.So , in the initial step of Microsoft’s latest Mobile OS not too many cell phone companies joined to be their partner but the story will be different in the Mango updated devices for Windows Phone 7.Many companies like Asus , Acer ,Fujistu and many other names have decided that they will make Windows Phone 7.1 devices.And the first Mango device to be announced is of Fujitsu as today their announced IS12T.

Perhaps everybody would agree with me on this point that currently the three most popular smartphone platform are iOS , Android and Windows Phone 7 and all of these have their own amazing distinct feature but definitely their are more iOS fans currently in the tech world.So, currently it has been reported that from last six or seven week US Army is testing all these three smartphone platform and whenever their testing phase is complete they will choose two of these smartphone platform whichever suits them best or I could say least favorable platform would be eliminated.
