From last few months I have shifted to Anroid , and using one of HTC’s Android phone and to be honest I like Android even excepting that it has some flows.One of the amazing thing about Android is that its users have the option to choose from a vast amount of devices.And because of this every time we see launch of some amazing device on Android platform.And now from last few weeks we are hearing about a new HTC device which is called HTC Ville and according to initial rumors this device will be the thinnest device HTC has ever made and also it would be the thinnest Android phone in the market.

Latest news about this device came from popular technology blog PocketNow and also they were the first one to share the leaked image of the device.So , we can expect this rumor to be true as Pocket is most of the times correct about their rumors of upcoming devices.

Now we come to the specification of this device, well HTC Ville will have a 8mm think design thats which means it would be thinnest Anroid phone until and unless some other vendor produces a phone like this soon.Apart from this , HTC Ville is also expected to be one of the fastest phone made by HTC as it will have new Snapdragon S4 processor in it.This dual-core Snapdragon S4 has the new technology of Qualcomm’s Krait core which gives the processor 60% boost in comparison with the existing Snapdragon processors.With the it will feaure new Adreno 225 GPU which will give 50% faster graphics to the device.

Skype 2.0 for Android released which brings two way video calling to Nexus S, Desire S, Xperia Neo and Xperia Pro

Looks like team at Skype is working hard as some days ago they released Skype for iPad and today they have released Skype 2.0 for Android and the most important new feature in this update is two way video calling for Android.

Not all the Android phones will get this feature of two way video calling, definitely the phone should first have front facing camera for that. But not even all the Android phones with front facing camera will have the two way video calling features with Skype for.The phones which will have this feature are Nexus S, HTC Desire S, Sony Ericsson’s Xperia Neo and Pro.It is expected all the which comes all the Android Phone which come with Android 2.3 will get this feature.But it is disappointing for users who have expensive Android which have Froyo and front facing camera in it but still they would be not able to do two way video calling.

Apart from two way video calling Skype 2.0.0.45 has better UI and support of doing SMS.

HTC Evo 3d to be launch in Europe next month

HTC new hot cake phone Evo 3D would be releasing in Europe some way around in July. Recently one of the biggest mobile service provider in U.K and in some other countries of Europe Vodafone have updated its store adding HTC Evo 3D into repository.

The HTC Evo 3D was spotted on Vodafone website’s coming soon section, with launch date showing July 2011. The phone is expected to be over £400. The phone provides 3D visual without any 3D glasses. It is the second ever phone to provide 3D visuals with out any glasses.

The HTC Evo 3D has a 4.3 inch touch-screen, dual 5 mega-pixel cameras for recording 3D video, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. Comparing it to LG optimus it is far way better then dubious Optimus.

Leaked HTC Windows Phone device shows 12MP camera

Currently only first generation of the Windows Phone devices are in the market and half of the device are of HTC in the first generation devices of WP7.But from next year HTC will have a tough competition as Nokia will join as the hardware partner for Windows Phone and so HTC will have to produce some new good devices to be superior brand.And looks like they already have started to work on their lot of next Windows Phone device as currently a leaked Windows Phone device has shown a 12MP camera.

The device actually looks like HTC Trophy but the camera in this leaked device is 12MP which would be second best seen in any smartphone after Nokia’s N8.Lets see this is a real deice or not I think if its real then HTC would reveal it in three to four months.

HTC Mazaa leaked images showing Windows Phone 7 in it

From couple of weaks HTC phones are all over the news and now comes another leaked images of HTC Phone which is running Windows Phone in it.The leaked images are shown by XDA-Developers and they have named this phone as HTC Mazaa.As reported by them this phone has 3.7inch screen which GSM capability.It is expected that this phone could some on Sprint in US in a couple of months.

This is interesting that HTC may may launch another Windows without creating a much much hype.The guys from the XDA developers has also noted that this phone would have DDR 2 RAM.From this image the phone does look like a typical HTC Phone and lets see what it has when it is announced or launched.

HTC Sense 3.0 will only be supported for upcoming HTC handsets

It’s always amazing to hear that some amazing new phone is coming which would have amazingly powerful hardware and also some new awesome changes in its user experience. And one of the best companies which bring some cool stuff with their entire high end phone is HTC and they have recently announced that HTC’s new Sense 3.0 with come with their upcoming Android phones.

But the disappointing news about this news is that Sense 3.0 would only come on those which are to be launched which means those users who has current HTC Phone will not have HTC Sense 3.0 on their phones. So, to summarize Sense 3.0 would be in HTC Sensation. HTC EVO 3D and HTC Flyer tablet.

Well those who bought most recently launched set of HTC like Desire HD would be little disappointed that even they will not have Sense 3.0 in their phone.

Leak images of HTC Pyramid;Android 2.3 1.2Ghz dual-core expected

Even if anybody shows me a HTC phone without its logo even then I would recognize that it is a HTC phone because of its look and feel and I think most of people who know about HTC phone would have the same story.And in that subject XDA developers have recently shown some images of a new HTC Android phone which is not announced or launched till now.

The set shown in the images is HTC Pyramid and the rumour about this phone are in the air from past few months.And this device will have many new stuff for the HTC lovers.It will have a 4.3inch qHD display and a resolution of 960 x 540 , a dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 768MB of RAM, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, Wi-Fi and it will have Gingerbread (Android 2.3.3) with Sense 3.0.

But we dont have any idea when this set would be announced by HTC or when it would come to the market.I hope it comes as early as possible.

Telus Desire HD release date and pricing leaked

A possible release date and some new details which includes pricing details about the TELUS version of HTC Desire HD have been seen on a Canadian site.A leaked inventory screenshot shows the phone priced at C$499.99 without a contract, and due for release on Feb. 10.

The Desire HD runs the new version of HTC Sense on top of Android 2.2 Froyo, and is currently HTC’s flagship phone in Europe and Asia. It’s essentially a GSM 3G version of Sprint’s EVO 4G, only with slightly more RAM.

MeeGo 1.1 Ported to HTC HD2

MeeGo 1.1 is an upcoming Linux based mobile OS and Steve Troughton-Smith, a Mac developer, has managed to get it to working on the popular HTC HD2. This int the first OS to work on HD2, there have been sort 4 other OS’ which were successfully operated on this phones. HD2 was one of the first phones with a 4.3” display as well as a 1Ghz SnapDragon processor. While Windows Mobile 6.5 has slowly faded away, HD2 is living thanks to wonderful support by the community by porting Android ( up to 2.3 ) to the phone.

Not all the features seems to work perfectly in this scenario but Steven has gotten WiFi working as well as touch screen to register inputs although they are recognized as drags. If more developers join the effort, this would very well be the first MeeGo phone in the wild before one is officially released to the public sometime this year.

No instructions have been made available yet to the public on how to install MeeGo on HD2.

Specifications for HTC’s Thunderbolt 4G emerge

German blog HTCInside has published a saucy specification list for what is presumed to be HTC’s first LTE device: the Thunderbolt 4G (formerly known as the Incredible HD)

The list of specifications will blow your mind it includes: 4.3-inch screen, 1.2GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera with dual-LED flash, 5 megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, aGPS, 16GB of internal storage, micro-SD card slot (compatible up to 128GB), 1800mAh battery, and Android 2.3. The purported innards also include a “quad-band, UMTS, LTE, HSDPA, HSUPA” radio — meaning this is not the CDMA/LTE set that would be heading to Verizon, but rather a European GSM version. Oh, and the 1.2 jiggawatt Snapdragon processor the spec sheet lists, model MSM8960 which was just announced last month. What else you need?
