Samsung request Dutch court to stop the sales of iPhone and iPad

Well if you follow the technology news then you would know have from past year Apple and Samsung have become serious competitors as both have launch one of the best Smartphones and Tablets in past year. And with competition comes lawsuit, as during last few months both the companies have filed several law suits against each other in different countries. And because of that Samsung is not allowed to market and sell Galaxy Tab 10.1 in many countries.

Apple has claimed at many places Samsung has made its new line-up of Android based smartphones by copying the looks and feel of iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS and same is the case with the tablet , they think Galaxy Tab 10.1 is total copy of iPad.

And now Samsung has come back strong to answer the claims of Apple and apparently they have asked Dutch court to ban the selling of iPhone and iPad sales as these phones copy the design of Samsung products.

Samsung Galaxy S II finally coming to US on 29th August

I think most of you agree with this that iPhone 4 is top rated smartphone in the world. But actually according to its specifications iPhone 4 is not on the top. Currently the world’s fastest phone Samsung Galaxy 2 which launched about couple of months ago. This device got so much popular that it has crossed the estimated sales too and even with all its popularity and high sales Samsung Galaxy S 2 has not launch in United States till now.

And now it looks like finally the time for launch of Galaxy S 2 is near us as on 29^th on this month’s Samsung will make a major announcement and we all know that this announcement would be about their launch of Samsung Galaxy S 2 in US available through different carriers.

So , after the launch of Samsung Galaxy S 2 in US , its sales number would increase again.So , I think this would be not wrong to say that Galaxy S 2 is most popular Android Phone at this time.

Another interesting thing would be that what difference would be between the devices of different like first Samsung Galaxy had Vibrant and Captivate in US.

Samsung Galaxy S 2 may come on Windows Phone

Recently Samsung launched their latest Android smartphone , Samsung Galaxy S 2 which is the first dual-core smartphone.This phone became so much popular that Samsung has said this is their fastest selling phones and looks like that Samsung is so impressed with the selling stats of the phone that they will launch its Windows Phone version soon.

According to a report Samsung wants to cash in the brand of Samsung Galaxy S 2 also through Windows Phone 7 and if they launch it they would launch it with the Mango update of Windows Phone.

The image shown above is not real Samsung Galaxy S 2 running Windows Phone but it is a photoshoped concept of the phone.The move is not news as HTCs Windows Phone device are so alike to some of their Android phones but the difference would be that they didn’t carried the Android names in Windows Phone devices.

A clue of the device was found by a user as when searching devices from his Bluetooth the users found a device named “SGH-937” which is just one digit difference from Samsung Galaxy S 2.Still whether it was Galaxy S 2 version of Windows Phone device or not , the situation shows that it would be perfect for Samsung to launch Galaxy S 2 Windows Phone version.

Samsung’s Series 9 laptop now shipping in the US at $1,160

When Apple had launched first iPad Steve Jobs had mentioned that netbook are almost useless because netbooks are almost capable of doing nothing. And then Apple launched their own version of new Mac Book Air which was much smaller and can to much more stuff then anybody could do in netbooks. And following the footsteps of Apple Samsung announced their own version of slim laptop which is supposed to be MacBook Air alternative.

And now after spending a month of pre-order on Amazon Samsung Series 9 laptop is not finally available for shipping.Its price which would looks really high at first sight but you looks deeply at the specifation of this laptop 1,160 will not looks that much high for this.This laptop is of 11inch and has a Intel Corei3-380UM processor with 2GB RAM and has a 64GB solid state drive in it.The device has 802.11b/g/n wireless, Bluetooth 3.0 and WIMAX 4G capabilities and also has a webcam of 1.3 mea-pixel.The weight of this super slim laptop is 2.3 pound has it supports the resolution of 1366 x 768.

Samsung reveals their Chrome laptop

Rumors about the Chrome OS Laptop were in the air from past few months but now Google has officially about the Chrome OS notebooks.And in the Chrome laptop Samsung would be the first one to give Chrome laptops to the users.

The Chrome OS laptop by Samsung will be of a super slim laptop as its thinness is 0.79 inch. This laptop will be called Samsung Series 5 ChromeBook.These laptop will have dual core Atom processor and its battery could last about for a day with normal use and according to Google it would last for about 9 hours it used continuously.

This laptop has a screen of 12.1 inch which would support the resolution of 1280 x 800 and its weight is 3.26 pounds. It would have support of Wi-fi ,3G network and a HD webcam for video chat.

It looks like the aim of Chrome laptop would be to eliminate netbook and compete against tablet. Its price is $429 which for me see little bit more considering its features.

Samsung replies to Apple by multiple lawsuits against them

Few days ago it was reported that Apple had filed a law suit against Samsung in which they sued the company because Apple thinks that Samsung does not innovate or invent new technologies but they just copy. So , it was sure that Samsung would response to it and now they have also filed multiple lawsuit against Apple. This is what Reuters has mentioned about this.

It took just four days for Samsung to respond the Apple’s lawsuit and they decided to respond not just with one lawsuit.They have sued Apple in different countries which are Seoul Central District Court, Korea; Tokyo, Japan; and in Manheim, Germany.

Apple suing Samsung for Galaxy Tab,Galaxy S and other stuff

According to a recent report by Wall Street Journal Apple Incorporation is suing another well know technology company Samsung intellectual property violations on a host of devices. To be clear Apple is suing Samsung because Apple thinks that Samsung does not innovate new stuff but instead they just copy whatever Apple is making.

If this news is true then I think this could be because of the fact that whatever device Apple launched Samsung comes up with a device like that but sure Apple’s device are more popular than that but still come people could say that they use the Apple’s ideas. If we look at the stuff if Samsung which somehow has some properties of Apple products are their latest Android phone like Galaxy S , Nexus S and Epic 4G they all kind of have menu interface like of iPhone. Then we have Galaxy Tab which launched after iPad and their latest slim laptop which is like MacBook Air.

Both the companies have not publically talked about it in public but if this is true then we may hear about this from both the parties in the coming future.

Samsung will have dual core 2GHz smartphone by next year

Computers and smartphones are getting faster day by day and what’s great is that their price always remains almost the same. Some Smartphones have nowadays a processor a processor of about 1Ghz and even dual core processor smartphone are continuing to launch in recent times. And according to Maeli Business Newspaper Samsung will have dual core 2GHz processors for their smartphones till next year.

If this news is true, then it would be a real game changer in the world of smartphones as each core will have a 2GHz processor for itself which means those smartphones would be eight times faster than current high end phone like Samsung Galaxy S and iPhone.
Currently ARM already has a dual core Cortex A9 processor for smartphones which is currently compatible with Samsung smartphone like Samsung Galaxy S2 which would launch soon. The report further mentioned that not only Samsung would use their 2GHz dual core processors with their products but also they would sell it to other company which is also awesome news as most of the high-end smartphone would be amazingly fast with this processor.

Samsung Galaxy S getting Gingerbread update in Europe

Samsung Galaxy S which is one of the most popular Android phones available in the market but still it does not have latest Android OS Gingerbread. And it is expected that soon Galaxy S will get Gingerbread. And now the news is that some European users of Samsung Galaxy S are getting the Gingerbread of from past few days.

Samsung has mentioned some time ago that Samsung Galaxy S would get Gingerbread update in the mid April so the time is near and looks like the updates are first starting from Europe and then it will come for other regions. Samsung Galaxy S2 to come in UK on 1st of May

Samsung Galaxy S 2 is now all over the news as its launch comes near to us , couple of days ago it was announced that it would have 1.2GHz dual processor instead of 1GHz.And now it is announced that soon people in UK can have their hands on it soon as it would be launched in UK on May 1st.Just like first Samsung Galaxy S phone , Galaxt S 2 will also be one of the high end Android phone available in the market.

In UK Samsung Galaxy S 2 will be available across all the major networks which will give great comfort to its users as they can get this phone without changing their network.Apart from its 1.2GHz dual processor it will have Android 2.3 in it and also it has Super AMOLED screen which you can only get with the high end Samsung phones.
